"Unfair Stimulation"

 

The activist exhibition which curator is Canan Şenol opens at the Womens Day on the 8th of march.The exhibition brings feminist activists ,teorists and artists that deal with feminist expressions from contemporary art and out of contemporary art together.

The artists are going to examine the notion of sexuality  wich is tried to dominated by the competence.The participant artists are from different diciplines like theatre,standup,photography,painting and sculpture.

The exhibition ''Unfair Stimulation''take its name from the 5237 numbered clause''Reduce of  unfair stimulation" formed under the topic ''Reasons which abolish or reduce infliction commitment'' by Turkish Penal Law.

Beyond taking its name from this clause ,the exhibition context focuses on the deal with women as a 'stimulation'fact in practical life.İt locates the audience as participants and invites them think and produce fight forms against every type of political,culturel and social discrimination against women.
